A lot of people are sick of the republicans that's why the democrats are taking over the house in November and then the White House in 2008. Enough is enough and it's time for a change. No more deficits, war, taxes for the rich. Bring back the democrat.s

I am going to be nice and say I think that most of the republican party and part of the Democratic party have been hijacked by a small corporate elite that is changing "We the People" into "We the Corporation" and it is time in November for the republicans to sit out this one and work on identifying and remove the thugs

I'm sick of "mainstream" Republicans and the ones who are fundamenalist war-mongers. I have a few disgruntled Republican friends though, who are of the fiscally conservative ilk, that seem to have their bearings straight and are ashamed of how Bush and his kin are ruining their country. So arguably, I'm sick of the current Administration but find that there are still some Republicans of the McCain, Goldwater, and Theodore Roosevelt variety that aren't swayed by corporate flim-flam or jingoistic self-righteousness. We sometimes hunt or play chess over beers, coffee, etc.

I don't know... there is something charming about having evangelical christianity being ramrodded into politics and the schools.
And there is nothing quite like that fresh tax cut feeling...well... at least if you are rich enough to get a tax cut from the republicans... but I am sure it feels swell to be rich and then get to keep even more money for yourself.

That said, I don't live the in the USA, so I can see the funny side.
They don't seem to believe in free speech, and I think that makes them un-American. But if you disagree with them, that makes you, in their eyes, un-American too.
