I like the first one, her only problem is her dark eye circles, which is quite common even my big sis have it.
Although she's not so photogenic, at least she's not forcing her self to smile

Completely different looks, so tough to tell, but I prefer dark hair over blond, so would go with number one, but number two looks more fun. The first one should smile.
