If you are in the US, ESPN 2 or ESPN Deportes. The games usually start at around 2:45 PM in EST. I'm not sure about other places though, I just know that ESPN has the rights to show matches. Although I don't know if you can see qualifiying matches in the US.

You can try ESPN or Star Sports on cable TV. Otherwise, perhaps you can find local TV stations which broadcast Champ League.
