When were you in the accident?
Did you go to the ER?
were you restrained?
If you were in it today, and you didn't seek help, and now you are having cramps or any bleeding.. you need to at least be seen.

The insurance company will try to get you to sign your rights away, Get an Attorney Fast! Go to a Doctor and do not settle until you are sure that you are OK and the pain is gone. Continue to see the Doctor so that you will have prove of your injury. I hope that your well but be carefull this could be an injury that may last a lifetime. Don't sign your rights away.

Urgent! Are you still pinned inside the car? That could cause "cramping". Can you move your legs or are they stuck? Sometimes the "Jaws of Life" can relieve that cramping feeling. Is there a fireman near by? Just tell him, "Jaws of Life", "Jaws of Life", "Jaws of Life" and maybe he will remember it and go get it and free you from cramping. or may not be, it may happen rarely, you need not be a pregnant
