Legally No one can help you.
It is YOUR responsibility to remember your password.
This is also an illegal question, It is against Federal law to solicit information for the purpose of acquiring a password. (even your own, because we have know way of knowing if it is really yours) Giving out this information over the net, and not in person is also a violation of the Law.

I dont think you really can retrive your password. what you can actually do is log in as administrator in safe mode and create a new account.

boot in safe mode. press F8. it might seem frozen but it isnt. It takes a long time to boot.
