I did the curly perm thing and looked like Little Orphan Annie. It was awful!

I crimped my bob, and for fun, a small side pony tail with a huge hard plastic scrunchy type thing that made it stand up very high. I was sooo cool in the 80's.

The Afro perm when I was 18 years old in 1977, and it was my passport picture at that time. I look back on it and I looked hidious in it.
