If you are interested in the same things that he is interested in, you will often be where he is. You do not have to do any thing, except be you natural self!
Nature made humans so that no females misses seeing any femalee that his eyes focus on. Has nothing to do with liking or not liking, EVERY male sees EVER femal, young or old, ugly or pretty, with or without medical issues. Every male sees them all.
The exact same thing is true with females as far as males are concerned!
For any relationship to work, you have to enjoy doing the same things. Any time a female is showing up at the same place, doing the same things, it is a dead issue! The male will notice her! No tricks required, don't have to dye your hair, stick things into your body, or go half naked.
You make more of impression with your clothes on than just a ribbon for a skirt, your belly button out and your breast nipples showing! After that show, the only interest is not YOU, but whats between your legs. Everything, anything will be said and done to get there. Relationship is never a thought!
So keep all of your clothes on!

Seriously though, just be yourself, if he doesn't notice you for who you are, he doesn't need to notice you. Now, that doesn't mean to ignore him. I assume you have a guy that you want to notice you? If you do, just act yourself around him. Become friends with him and if he doesn't seem like he wants to be more than a friend, then, he doesn't want to be more than a friend.

Dress nice, dont act like a snob. Act like you want him to talk to you. Guys get intimadated when a girl does not act intrested. Be flirty but not tooooo obvious, dont act like your dumb thats not funny. Just make sure to act interested guys like it when a girl likes them and it will be easier to talk that way.
