I've had my iPod shuffle for 4 months. I have a massive library of songs on one of my computers. Recently, I gave that computer to my sister, and I got a new one. She kept iTunes, and all of my music, so since I have a new computer, I needed to get my songs back. I put the iPod instal wizard into my diskdrive, and it told me to plug in my iPod. I got a message saying there were already files on the iPod, would I like to reboot my iPod, and I said yes. The process was interupted, and shut down, but I thought everything was fine. After I filled up my iTunes library with my songs, I filled up my iPod again, but this time when i turned on my shuffle, it wouldn't work. The green light stayed, it wouldn't play any tracks, and when I turned it off, the green light stayed. I've tried numerous times to reboot it once more, and nothing works.
I've even tried plugging it into my sisters computer, witht the originial files, and nothing. What should I do?

you need to take it to the apple store, I had almost the exact same problem and they couldn't fix it so they gave me a new one. THEY WILL GIVE YOU A NEW ONE.
