I've tried emailing myself with various email accounts (some Yahoo, others AOL) to test to see if I really wasn't getting any emails, and sure enough, I don't have a single email in my inbox. I know I don't have the option activated where I forward emails to another account so what's going on? Normally I'd just create another account to use and delete this one, but for reasons I won't list here, it'd be a royal pain in the butt to do that (and incredibally time consuming.) I've ripped apart the Yahoo help area looking for answers but couldn't find anything so now I'm asking here. Please, I'd really appreciate it if someone could help me solve this problem without making me give up the account.

Try the following link. This has happened to me a few times over the years on ALL the sites I have e-mail on. once I couldn't get in to my e-mail for a week.
Don't try changing your password or anything, just keep trying back every few hours.

I have been having this same problem with Yahoo Mail lately. I either don't get the e-mails at all, or get them hours, if not days later. I have tried contacting Yahoo with the problem and they used to send an automated answer and then some e-mails addressing the problem a few days later (usually suggesting that the problem is with your configuration, rather than realizing that others with Yahoo also have the same problem (f***ers!).

Now, you don't even get that much when you try to get help from Yahoo!

I think the easiest way is to find your internet bill and call the number for your internet service provider and they have technicians that will walk you through the procedure to fix your problem. I've done this several times , its there job may as well give them some work.

Have you maxed out your quota? Sometimes the inbox is full and won't accept anymore. How long ago did you try? My sister has hotmail and I have yahoo. Sometimes when she sends me an email, it can take several hours to get to my inbox.
