If you like borderline porn vampire romance then I HIGHLY recommend the Anita Blake books by Laurell K. Hamilton. I also agree that Charlaine Harris's books are really fun and a must for a loose afternoon.

Hi!
Yes I have read many books like that. Off the top of my head, Christine Freehan's "Dark" series comes to mind. They are very popular. I have read all of them (that are out) and I enjoyed her books very much.
I do not know if you have read the "Dark" series, but if you haven't, here is a website you can check out from the author. There you can read up on all the books and see if it something you are intersted in.

If you decide to start the series, the first book is called "Dark Prince". Here is a description.

My favorite is "Dark Dream", which was the story that came out in the anthology "After Twilight".

Good Reading...

Love them, there is the Anita Blake sequence by ability of Laurell ok. Hamilton and likewise the Sookie Stackhouse sequence by ability of Charlaine Harris. LJ Smith had a chain about ten years in the past talked about as the Vampire Diaries, Pat Graversen did one talked about as sweet Blood, Sherry Gottlieb has one talked about as Love chew, Love Bites by ability of Margaret St.George, Bitten by ability of L A Banks, there is one talked about as Vampire Kisses it incredibly is reliable. I surely have some better authors in thoughts for those of you who want to challenge into the romantic area of vampires. JR Ward is a quite new call contained in the romance novel and sci-fi section. She at present has 2 books out. "darkish Lover" and "Lover eternal". She's created her personal idea of vampires and performed it out in what's transforming into a all precise written sequence. Lucy Blue is likewise a newcomer to the kind. Her thoughts are set in medieval circumstances in England and Scotland. Very intensive, very particular, very a lot the common romance novel...yet what am i able to say...i'm a sucker for the cheesiness ^__^ Kerrelyn Sparks is truly one of my favorites. She's yet another one which has delivered a clean twist. no longer in easy words are her characters exciting, yet hardship-free to narrate to the 'actual international'. desire you want a number of those in case you study them. they are reliable books, take it from me, i'm a bookworm.

Twilight by Stephenie Meyer is good, but it's for teens, and I'm not sure if you're in that age group or not, but if you are, I definitly recommend it.
