Well sis I think that it is possible they can win but when is the mysterious question!!! The best chance came last year and they just couldn't come out with a win!!! I have watched the film of the Steelers/Colts game for months now and still have no idea how they lost that game but one thing is certain they must play at the same level or better in order to even get close to what they were last year!! good luck!!!

I doubt it. I think the Colts had the best chance to win the Super Bowl last season. After an incredible regular season they completely folded in the playoffs. Playing at home no less. I really think they missed their window of opportunity. If Joseph Addai and Dominic Rhodes can capably fill the backfield for the now departed Edgerrin James, Indy might have a chance. But Peyton and the passing game are going to be relied upon more than ever before.

Well, lets be serious for a moment here. If the Colts can't win one with him, they sure as Hell couldn't win one without him!

The problem is not Manning, its Tony Dungey. Man, this guy has a ceiling and that's all there is to it. They should build a statue to the guy in Tampa. They were a JOKE as a football team till he took over. He changed the logo, colours, uniforms then he made them the defensive nightmare of the NFL. Problem is, that's his ceiling, as far as he seems able to go. Chucky had to come in and get them the rings they so richly deserved.

Some guys just don't have the IQ or savvy or whatever to go that extra mile. He's been one of the winningest coaches in the league during his career, yet the guy has NEVER even won a Conference Championship?

Don't get me wrong, I love the guy, if he ever makes it, nobody will be cheering louder than me. He's done wonders for every team he's coached, but..........

(Of course I thought exactly the same thing about Bill Cowher too, right up until he kicked the crap out of my Seahawks last Jan. - bad refs or not)

No, Sorry but Peyton Manning couldn't win a playoff game if his life depended on it. This is what indianapolis should do, sign a guy like Trent Dilfer and get Manning to play the entire season while Trent played back up trainning just like a starter, when they hit the playoffs sit Manning and Start Dilfer, I bet you they could go all the way to the playoffs

that would be an awsome game to say the least. (and very well may be the super bowl) I think the Vikings win, ONLY because they can run the ball more and rest the Def, and I like the Vikings special teams. and because it is in MN. Stats Favre 275 3tds 1 int Manning 340 3 Tds 2 int I am just going to say rushing Vikings 135 1 Td Colts 74 0 Td very fun game. and the Vikings do not go for it on 4 & 2

Eh...he has some problems with playoff winning, but I don't think it's entirely his fault...they have the famous super bowl winning field goal kicker now...I hate that guy...but he's really good and could have made that shot that the other kicker missed..most accurate kicker my a$$...

Colts need to prove they still have a run game...that their defense wasn't a fluke....that Manning isn't irritated about the losing so he can mellow out and win one...Look at my Panther's Jake Delhomme...his first season as a starter...took Carolina to the Super Bowl....2nd year almost made the playoffs on a team that was just tortured by injuries...then last season brought them to the NFC Championship with one WR and a defense....Thus far...he's making Manning's track record look really bad....but I'm not complaining :P

Good luck this season...and PLEASE....The Colts MUST beat the Cowboys...or I'll shake my head in disgust at them ...otherwise I don't really care.

no, come on, its peyton manning!!! i honestly did think p-man would win the super bowl last year but, he proved me wrong again. the colts need to realize that their team doesnt have a chance with peyton at QB, hes great in the regular season, but in the playoffs he always cracks.
