I swear I felt the little flutters of my baby moving at 10 weeks. No one should know your body better than you, so if you think you felt baby's movement, you probably did.

Quickening/Feeling the baby move for the first time is said to happen between 14 and 24 weeks. First time mothers commonly feel it between 18 and 22 weeks while those who've had previous pregnancies tend to recognize the feeling sooner. Other factors can affect how soon it is felt too such as build (larger women later/smaller women sooner) as well as how in tune with her body a women is. Quickening has been described in many ways such as: butterfly wings, bubbles, tickling, popcorn popping, etc. It is normal not to feel the baby for a while (days or a week or two) at a time between movements in the beginning weeks but the further along you get the more frequent and stronger the movements tend to become.
While it may seem soon to others (I do not know how far along you are) ultimately you are the judge of what you are feeling. It can be hard to discern what is the baby moving at first but it does get easier. I personally felt mine for the first time at 14 weeks 3 days, then a week later again at 15 weeks 3 days, and off and on from week 17 on mostly while laying down quietly.

I was about 3 months or so when I felt my son and I was so excited I jumped out of the shower and threw something on really fast and crossed the road to the pay phone to call my mom. When I got back home I relized I still had shampoo in my hair. LOL

Well, the first time I felt a kick I was about 19 weeks, but the first time I felt him move (my only pergnancy...so far) I was only about 10 weeks, that sounds insance, since they 16-22 weeks, but my ex :P would blow raspberries on my belly and it's hard to describe but it felt like something would lurch inside me. It was awful and it made me feel very sick to my stomach, the sudden movement...which would be why the mean boothead(The ex) kept doing it when I told him what would happen.

you'll feel it sooner on the second than the first...a lot sooner, because you know what to look for. And at first, a baby moving does feel like gas, so that's okay too!!! :) Good luck with baby!

I was 16 weeks when I first felt the "fluttering". My first real, hard kicks were at about 20 weeks.
