Why does spiderman costume all futuristic right now?

Oh and also How can in the Avengers spiderman fight along side his Daughter Spiderwoman if he's an old Dude?

Iron man "bribed" Spidey onto his side in Civil War by giving him a super high tech suit. It's a big joke with my freinds, we say that all Captian America could offer was a sheild, big whoop...

Spiderwoman is not his daughter. His daughter is Spidergirl. The current Spiderwoman's name (if you were paying attention) is Jessica Drew. There have been 3 incarnations of a superhero under the name "Spiderwoman" in the proper, coherent Marvel timeline (Earth-616). None of them were blood related to Peter (however one did catch his attentions during the Secret Wars, and he made the symbiote suit look like hers to impress her...)

Spidergirl is in fact from an alternate future, because in her comics no one seems to know her father is Spiderman, however now "everyone" in the current timeline knows his identity (I believe hers is called Earth-982 or MC2). We know for sure it is in the future, which is what you were thinking of, but you must keep in mind her comic book is independent of others.

In the civil war in the 616 (normal) marvel universe Spiderman's new costume is of Tony Stark (Iron Man)'s design and is bulletproof, can change colors, has all manner of fancy widgets in it and is overall more useful than just some spandex. It also serves to help keep Spiderman on Stark's side of the fence.

The other series you are talking about is SpiderGirl, I believe, which takes place some time in the future where peter parker has more or less settled down and had a family. The protagonist of that story is his daughter who inherited Parker's power.

Some people seem to think his new suit is Venom and this is incorrect.
The venom suit (http://www.scifidimensions.com/Feb03/venom.jpg) is black and an alien symbiote that currently inhabits the scorpion or some other low grade villian as Eddie Brock died from cancer.

His current gold and red suit(http://www.universomarvel.com/bajolamascara/images/2006/04/CIVILWAR3cov-Variant.jpg) is a gift from Iron man.

Well, as far as the regular universe...

Iron Man made his costume to better suit Spidey's new abilities after "The Other" storyline, and as a way to make sure Spidey stays on his side during the "Civil War"

And as for the bit about the old man?

Sounds like that's an alternate universe.

i turned right into a cat, like finished out. my neighbor became an old woman who ought to stitch. so my mom bought a ton of leopard print cloth and stuffing (like that stuffing stuff interior filled animals) and requested my neighbor to make a cat dress. it became so lovable! she even made little mittens and ft slipper issues with the textile so each and everything matched. it had the tail, the ears, the ft, each and everything! then my mom drew on all the mandatory cat effective aspects with eyeliner on my face. I nevertheless have it putting contained in the back of my closet. i became lovable!
