Absolutely not!Don't douche without talking to your doctor about it first. Douching could force air into the vagina, which can cause an air embolism
Women who use vaginal douches while pregnant are twice as likely as pregnant women who abstain from douching to have a preterm delivery, placing their infants at greater risk for low birthweight, according to a CDC study appearing in the May issue of Epidemiology, Reuters Health reports. Dr. F. Carol Bruce and colleagues conducted phone interviews about vaginal douching habits with 812 women who had recently delivered infants and were members of the Kaiser Permanente Medical Care Program in Atlanta. Of the 192 women who had delivered prematurely between 20 and 36 weeks' gestation, 3.5% reported having douched while pregnant, while only 1.6% of the 620 women who delivered full-term infants had douched during pregnancy. Douching habits in the six months prior to conception did not appear to affect the outcome of pregnancy. The researchers theorize that douching may increase the odds of preterm labor either by raising the chances of vaginal bacterial infection or by "forcing" bacteria further into the reproductive tract.

It's probably not a good idea to force anything into the cervix that wouldnt normally be there if you are pregnant.
There was once a time when doctors thought pregnant women should not soak in tubs because of the risk of infections from possibly tainted water or germs from our own bodies transfered into the water but we now know that nothing can travel up the cervix, into the birth canal and towards the uterus unless it is forced such as in a douche, in that case infection is possible.
If it is smell you are concerned about perhaps something like Summer's Eve can help in a less invasive way. They have several different products and one of those might suit your purposes.
I found the website where you can look at these products.

No! You shouldn't douche anyway. It can be harmful to your body and it can be harmful to the baby.
Most doctors and the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) suggest that women steer clear of douching. All healthy vaginas contain some bacteria and other organisms called the vaginal flora. The normal acidity of the vagina keeps the amount of bacteria down. But douching can change this delicate balance. This may make a woman more prone to vaginal infections. Plus, douching can spread existing vaginal infections up into the uterus, fallopian tubes, and ovaries.
Research shows that women who douche regularly have more health problems than women who do not. Doctors are still unsure whether douching causes these problems. Douching may simply be more common in groups of women who tend to have these issues. Health problems linked to douching include:
vaginal irritation,
vaginal infections called bacterial vaginosis or BV,
sexually transmitted diseases (STDs), and
pelvic inflammatory disease (PID)
I hope this is helpful to you.

...And don't douche — doctors and midwives discourage douching during pregnancy because in rare cases it can introduce air into your circulatory system through the vagina, which can cause serious complications. What's more, douching can upset the normal balance of vaginal flora and increase your risk of vaginitis.
