We can only hope that it is going out of "style".

well,,, it is the style now to wear big baggy t-shirts too, so we can't really tell how high the pants are,,, but if you look right under the hem of the shirt and you see the back pocket is at their knees I guess you can figure the pants are sagging. Everything seems to be 3 sizes too big. There was a big problem with all the sagging before... the guys can't run and walk funny and keep pulling the pants back up, which is all a pain in the butt,,,, so I do think it is out to show the fancy boxers as much as before.

I don't believe it was ever a "style". Just kids and young minded adults trying to be different, and perhaps insecure folks trying to hide whatever it is they don't like about their bodies. So, unless you are one to follow the crowd, make your own style. Find fresh colors and shapes that look good on "you" and go for it. Sagging pants are just not attractive -- people stare because they are trying to figure out why anyone with half a mind would wear their clothes coming off. Maybe it's easy access for guys like short skirts are for gals...hah. Never thought about that...Anyway, yeah, you are who you want to be so dress the way you want to represent yourself.

there are still those teens who sag.. but i think there are less kids doing it now than before.. so perhaps it is finally going out of style..

Unfortunately, that style is still in! I've encountered countless peers/teens whose pants are below the equator line! God, I wonder how those pants hold up.
