I THINK IT IS AWESOME! IT'S THE BEST MOVIE..I WENT TO THE PREMIERE IN LA AND IT WAS SO GOOD! I LOVE THAT MOVIE!..ok now i'm calm..lol

The only real funny stuff in the movie was jokes that were throw backs to the first movie. The plots (and there were many) got muddled and none of them advanced at all during the 2 1/2 hours you sat watching. I know this was just the "middle" movie, but more attention could have been paid to character and character interaction...
I mean, no one ever explains how Elizabeth became better at sword fighting that most men that have practiced their entire lives (she learned all this in what? A year? All while preparing for her wedding? Talk about multi-tasking)...or why she suddenly defended Jack and had a crush on him (she still didn't like him at the end of the first movie) before he did anything to warrant her personality change.
But...if you don't mind non-sensical plot, complete disregard to character's identities and personalities, and you're easily impressed by flashy special effects and great big sea monsters, then yeah...it's a good movie.

Great Movie. Made a ton of money. Up to #6 on the all time most money list.

I've already watched it.
Ummmm just love it..............
But I really had a hard time understanding Jack Sparrow with the way he speaks. He was much harder to understand this time than the first. As if he is much drunk this time.
I love the story, the adventure, I love Captain Jack Sparrow!
Can't wait for part 3!!!!!!!!!!!

Tight. It wasn't the same as the first one, of course, ut since I set my expectations slightly lower I was pleased enormously. Can't WAIT for At World's End...what a cliffhanger.

I think it's way better than the first one...it has a better story and it's alot more exciting...probably one of the best films ever made i hope there is a third one!!

It's good but not great. If you're a fan of the first one though you will probably love this one as well.

I didn't think it was as funny or as much fun as the first one, but I still liked it. How funny can Davy Jones' locker be? That's pretty serious stuff.
