How can I get rid of tomato hookworms, naturally?

I have not seen the worms and am assuming that is what is eating up the tomato plants rather quickly. I want to get rid of the pests naturally without harming the tomatoes.

Since I have never heard of tomato hookworms, I figure you must be talking about tomato horn worms. They are the same green worms that are on tobacco. They are very hard to see since they are the same color as the leaves, but if you look close enough, you can spot them. Picking them off by hand is the most "natural" way. If you see any that have little white eggs on their backs, leave them alone, these will be the eggs of a parasitic wasp and they will kill the horn worm. I use a natural remedy for all my plants. Here is the recipe: put 2 cups water, 1 whole bulb of garlic, and 2 or 3 very hot peppers in a blender. Liquefy. Pour into a glass container and leave overnight. Next morning, strain mixture and add 2 more cups of water. Pour this into a spray bottle and spray your tomato plants or anything else in your garden. Bugs hate the smell of garlic and hate the taste of the hot peppers. After one bite, they don't want another one. Re-apply after a rain. This mixture will keep in the fridge for a week.
