no. that is like saying is year capitalized? its the same difference. just in a higher quantity.

you capitalize the name of a persion place or thing and at the start of a sentence.

Millenium Falcon would be capitalized because it is the name of a star ship. :)

Here, think of it this way. Would you cappitalize centurary? it's just like millennium. Would you capitalize decade? it's just like centuary. Would you capitalize year? It's just like decade. Would you capitalize month? its almost just like year. Would you capitalize week? It's just like month. Would you capitalize day? it's just like month. Would you capitalize hour? it's just like day. Would you capitalize minute? It's just like hour. Would you capitalize second? no.
