My bf and I live together and are both adults (24 and 29). Quite frankly, I think our sex life sucks and I pretty much have to beg or blow the f'ker to get a p.o.a. He says I'm a sex fiend, but at least it's only with him and I'm not out doing the whole neighborhood. lol Do I have a right to be pissed off that I'm not getting laid? Most guys appreaciate girls with high sex drives, I'd think.

Hmm, maybe I should just go lesbian or buy a vibrator?

I can't dump him because I moved across the country for him. Other than this sex thing, our relationship is good. I just bought a vibrator from a company online... probably the best $30 I'll have ever spent in my life. lol

As far as the depression goes, I can understand it because I was treated for depression when I was younger, but I don't see how he'd have a reason to be really depressed right now. I mean, he just got promoted at work and things are going well in terms of closing on our new apartment. I should be the depressed one. I just moved to a new state (NY from OK), I don't really know anyone here, I don't have a job yet (although I sent out tons of resumes), and my pet movers screwed me over, so I had to leave my cat in Oklahoma.

Hmm, maybe I'll just get some cheesecake or maybe I have extended PMS. lol

Personally, I'm in the same boat. I absolutely DESPISE begging for sex. I have been married for a month and otherwise everything is great. If you're not happy with the sex life, it sounds like it might get worse. My question to you is how long have you been together, and is it all that you want it to be minus the sex....that's your starter question. I definitely appreciate a girl with a high sex drive, but unfortunately, I didn't get one. Buy a vibrator if everything else is "kosher".

I always find this amazing, but the older I get the more I realize it happens. I tend to think though that's it just selfishness or laziness on the guy's part, but then I've never been in a relationship that I would measure in years. I'd say you have a right to be pissed off all right though. Withdrawal of affection has been legitmate grounds for divorce in every legal system that allows divorce too, so I'd say society is with you too.

It can depend. I like a woman with a high sex drive, but I've had times when I'm just too busy with job, family, life in general, and then she wants to have sex, and if I don't make it good for her, I hear about it for the next two weeks. Who needs all that pressure?

Try not to make sex something he feels pressure for. That might help. Let him take charge, even if that means that every now and then you don't get what you want. Love is about sacrifice. Then let him know how he can sacrifice for your pleasure, without pressuring him. It could help both of you.

I think maybe you made him feel like he is not acting like the man. And guys are so sensitive about that ....you should play the role of the little and fragile woman in danger...and stop asking him to be more sexual. I think i would be sad if my bf says that i cant give him pleasure and i certanly woulndt like him to be pissed off....so, try to figure it out if there´s an extra problem with him and stop talking about having sex. He´s going to feel free at least and maybe he surprise you trying to get laid.
In a relationship sex is important but a complement of other important things so...fix evrything...take care of him and be sensual ...try to warm things up with food , clothes and your attitude ...and then enjoy!
have fun! and good luck

Your man could have some mental issues. He might be depressed.
Depression can cause serious low libido. I suffer from depression and have ZERO sex drive. My bf would probably give anything to have me be like you. Ask him if everything is ok. Maybe he needs to see a doc. Or if he drinks too much that could be why too.

Well at least you're not married - I recommend being honest and talking about your needs and expectations. Best to clear the air now and get what you want rather than wake up 1 day and 3,5,7 years have gone by and you're filled with anger and resentment. Sounds like his loss
