I had a psychology professor who was obsessed with losing exam papers. For our final exam he made it mandatory that we all had to fill in the line for our name at the top of every page or lose marks. Not satisfied with that, along with the "normal" questions on each page was one that simply said, "What is your name!" We signed our name twice on every page.
The exam was a killer and some of us had trouble remembering our names by the time it was over!
