An emo is someone who calls him or her self emotional. They cry and wear their feelings on their sleeves so that everybody knows what they're feeling.
I can't stand them.

Emo is when you dress flat out ugly. Like when a girl wears an ugly skirt that is very colorful like a rainbow. Hope that answers your question or it can be someone who is emotional
