Look on FareChase, they search dozens of websites for you, so you dont have to, and they show you all the hotels on a nice map...

there is a hostel downtown anchorage. everywhere you go you are paying an outragous tourism tax (that is why everything is so expensive.) everything downtown is super pricey. holiday inn is nice. DO NOT STAY @ THE ECONOLODGE!!!!!
