Yes, you can. Talk to a gynecologist about taking a birth control pill, and you won't have to worth about either problem.

YES.I have a long time friend who had the same problem,and for years didn't think she would ever get pregnant,and one day after years of believing this she ,thought she was finally growing bigger breast (no kidding) but found out that she was pregnant.And today her daughter is 20.So if you don't want to get pregnant use PROTECTION! But you should have it checked out in case it's something more serious.

Yes, you can get pregnant regardless of the occurance of menses. You are still ovulating, even if it isn't as regular as someone who has periods. Girls can get pregnant before the onset of their first period, even.
