If she has "everything" give her a day at a spa, a massage, or something that is momentary like that.

Since she enjoys making jewelry, why not help her out by getting her the supplies to make them (like beads, thread, clasps, etc)? Or depending on where you live, you could take her to a fashion show. That would be very memorable. Do something creative and personal. For the person who has everything, its best to be original.

I'd get her a gothic lolita outfit. It will be the talk of the night. If this is too difficult try for maybe black or white gloss mary janes with a 2-3 inch heel.
