I have two plants of the same kind (no clue what it's the name) and I notice a few weeks ago that some leafs were cover in a black stuff, at first I though it was dirt, but I tried washing the leafs and you can completly take that out, but the leafs are kind of weak and fall easily when you touch them...what is this? is there some remedy for it? They got plenty of sun light.

Sounds like sooty mold. I have seen it on Gardenias and citrus. It usually occurs when there are insects present that secrete a sugary substance. Sooty mold then sticks to it. If the leaves get covered they might die because they sun can't get to the leaves to photosynthesize. I have had good luck blasting the leaves with a high powered water nozzle to clean them on Gardenias. It helps.

Good luck :-)

could be mold or fungus. Some fungi kill plants. If they die, don't re-use the soil or it will kill your other plants.
