Well, if you're asking whether you're pregnant or not, anything is possible, but by the time you're able feel your baby move, I would think you would have already noticed something was up. Becuase though the baby starts moving at 7 or 8 weeks, it's too small for you to take note until 16-20 weeks.
If you are pregnant, it is normal for your breasts to leak. If you are not, there can be several different reasons. Oral contraceptives (the pill) can make your breasts leak. Intense nipple stimulation can make them leak. It could be a hormone impbalance. See a Dr. and he can certainly do some tests to figure out what the cause is. Most likely, it is nothing to worry about as long as it is never blood tinged.
