Yes unfortunately I do and have for the last 45 years. I have tried and tried to give it up so many times but just couldn't do it. I wish I never started. I smoke Merits and Newport Lights, I switch off and on. I guess since my husband left me I smoke more then ever, over a pack a day. God I wish I never started. My children are always on me about smoking and I know they are right. I tried cold turkey, smoking cessation classes and even acupuncture and still couldn't stop. I feel like a lost cause. But I think they have taken this smoking ban a little to far, isn't that a discrimination against us. But it's alright to still sell liquor and get behind the wheel of a car and possibly kill someone in the process or fill your pockets with pills, but no one sees that do they. I think a petition should be started by smoker just as non-smokers did. That's the problem, the smokers never did anything about it and now we complain. We have rights just as non-smokers, don't we?

I've been a smoker for 25 years....wish I'd never started. It was bad when I could smoke at work, I went through a pack a day, but now that I can't, I've cut down to half a pack a day (sometimes less) even on weekends...YEA I smoke the cheapest brand, ultra lights that I can find.

I smoke Misty 120. I smoke a pack in a day and a half. I have smoked for over 40 years. I am now 57 years old and I wish, also, that I knew then what I know now. I wouldn't be smoking.

No, you don't have rights. Any "rights" you have infringe upon mine. I have chronic health problems due to living with parents who were each 3 pack a day smokers for all of my life living with them. Then I got to watch both of them die from it. My mother died in January of lung cancer even though she quit 15 years ago. My dad died in May from COPD, emphysema and heart disease. He spent the last 10 years on oxygen and using a walker.

The nearly $500,000 in costs to treat them both over the last 6 months of their lives is passed on to all of us.

Now, tell me again- why do you think you have "rights" as a smoker?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
