Eat several (5-6) small meals a day...your body will burn calories faster and build your metabolism in a short period of time.
(eat about every 2 hours)
The first 8-10 pounds you shed is water.
Meal suggestions:
1st: piece of fruit
2nd: string cheese, summer sausage/tuna, cottage
cheese/yogurt
3rd: bowl of cereal
4th: soup/sandwich
5th: a good dinner-meat, potatoes/pasta/rice, veggie...your body needs carbs, protein and vitamins to stay healthy
6th: salad/raw veggies
Drink plenty of water
Drink milk or juice/water with every meal (no soda pop)
Stay away from munchies, fried & fatty foods.
Cardio exercise is great, but most people don't continue for an extended period, do "daily" simple exercise like walking/hiking...swimming and biking are low impact, playing games like basketball, baseball, volleyball will tone your body and you'll have fun doing it.

If you have a problem with the way you look or if it's a heath problem you can start to watch what you eat more. check out some of the recipes on Zonya's web site. They REALLY DO TASTE GREAT and she cuts a LOT of calories in her recipes. Learn to cook- it will help to satisfy your appetite to create your beautiful food.
Go out and get busy. Just go for a walk- enjoy nature or if the great outdoors isn't your thing- window shop the mall.Buy yourself some sexy underthings - your little secret makes you feel great. Go some where like the Merle Norman store and get a free makeup makeover.
But , you should really try to stop looking at yourself so critically. NOBODY find their body to be with out faults! Even women the media have dubbed "perfect" physically, have insecurities about their body. Check out the clothes in the Lane Bryant catalog- they actually FIT a larger woman and are very attractive. Some women are big-small-tall-short-all colors-all personalities and there are men that find each type attractive. What (real) men find MOST attractive in women is self- love & confidence.

eat less sugars. and just run for 10 minutes a day for at least 3 times a week. and the next time 15. the next 20. keep adding 5 minutes each day. and then u'll get so much practice u won't notice but you'll be perfectly skinney and hot. and then u could run for straitly an hour. that burns about 800 calories. so eat less sugars. but never eliminate all ur carbs. usually some carbs are very good for your health. there this fat i forgot what it's called. in learned it in health last year. there's good fat and then theres bad fat. just eat everything u usually eat exept those fatning foods if you do. I'm kinda considered fat to i just either run sometimes i might feel embarrased to go by myself to run outside alone. get someone to run with you. if not run around at home. that's a great strategy. if you have a computer downlad a good song that's like your type and fast. and work out to that song. i do that all the time with a weight ball. the song is and she said. by Lucas Prada. very good song i recomend it. well bbye. hopefully u'll be skinney in no time.

Start walking about 2 miles per day. The morning is the best time to do this because it will make you feel better all day. Do this 7 days a week. You will feel better because your body will produce endorphines (a kind of natural morphine). By investing your time doing this you will be less likely to cheat by eating sugary/fatty stuff you shouldn't. Walk at a comfortable speed and it should only take 30-45 minutes. In three months you will be amazed at the improvement and your friends will be too!

Weight gain is simply caused by taking in more calories than you burn. Be careful of the fad diets. You don't have to run a marathon but do some little things to burn a few more calories a day. Also, eat a little less (please dont starve yourself!). Try to cut out pop or other things with empty calories. If you typically have 3 modest sized meals, start by making one smaller (like just having a salad for lunch, easy on the dressing)

Eat less fats, oils, sauces, salad dressing, fast food and just eat junk food occassionally in moderation. Drink water when your hungry. When you eat after that, you won't eat as much. try to exercise for 30 mins day at least 4 days a week. You probably didn't get fat over night, so don't expec it to come off over night. 3500 calories = 1 lb, so eating 500 calories less a day or burning 500 calories a day for 7 days will allow you to lose atleast 1 lb each week.

You can begin by exercising and start eating healthy food. Don't eat junk food and fast food (ex: McDonalds, Jack in the Box, etc). You can follow the food pyramid thing, too.
But really, if you want to keep fit, you really have to take it seriously. You can also join the gym or something and try it out.
