The HMS Bounty. Strangely enough, there was a mutiny aboard it. The only thing I remember from history class about that was the ship was carrying a load of breadfruit. Fruit that looks like bread? Weird! :)

If you are asking what the real name of the ship that was used in the 1962 film, I don't think it had a real name as it was built by the studio for the film. It is now a tourist attraction in St. Petersburg, Florida, and was also used in the 1990 film Treasure Island.
