Well here is a little knowledge... I think the world is. Ok ..Since us the African Americans were forcably brought to a civilization that wasn't our own, we were also forced to adapt. We the African's knew how to make use of this system and then steadily we grew stronger and stronger in power. See, our population in America is less than caucasions presently but by the year 2015 we will be more populated and we ddooo infact have the dominant gene. I guess it's because of what we went through, so we can thank the whites for that. And recism is still alive the society is just reconciling it. Not saying we are stronger, it's just that we can endure more physically and mentally because of our genes. Now see, we will overcome, yes we will overcome, we may not see a black president...but we will overcome... we will grow stronger in society and just think everything reversed ;p lol...why aren't ya afraid of us...I would be...I mean I'm afraid of me...and I'm BLACK! =o ...

black people have the whole "black attitude i dont give a **** and can hardly speak english or im pretending sort of thing" so there is nothing to be scared of. there are also just as many scary people from other races. and i can't stand ppl who use the whole racist thing.. that was back long ago. it is very divided now and not an excuse. there are just as many other cultures who were forced into slavery. and to the guy who said blacks will outpopulate in a few years, if they do it isn't a compliment. it is lack of protection...but i personally think mexicans would be the ones to outpopulate if any other race does. i am not racist however, i am a culturist. there are what people would label positive and negative attributes about every race

I won't lie. If I see a black person who looks like a thug, I get nervous. But all black people?? No. And you know what. White people are just as scary. White trash, creepy carnie dudes? Yeah I'd be scared. Scary, freaky, perv Mexicans? Yes.. I'm scared. It's more about the appearance of a person.

Why should I be? I might get a little nervous around somebody who acts like a gangster though but that could be ANY race. If somebody is from the hood I have no reason to be scared of them it just means they can't afford to be in a better place but if somebody dresses like a gangster I'll assume they are a gangster

Jesse Jackson commented in the last few years that he would rather be approached on the street by a group of white men than a group of black men. I think he's assuming something that he shouldn't be assuming. He was generalizing that black men look more dangerous than white men do. I think that Jackon would prefer to be approached by a group of guys who looked like Al Sharpton than a group of guys who looked like Eminem. White people are afraid of people who look dangerous, just like Asians, Hispanics, and Blacks.

If I am walking down the street by myself at night, I am equally afraid of everyone, not just black people! LOL At work, school, Wal-Mart, wherever, doesn't make a difference. You know who I'm really scared of? Old white guys.

the only black people i'm scared of are the ones at the gas stations that whistle at me and try to talk to me and they are old enough to be my dad. and the ones that stand outside asking for change and when you tell them you don't have any change they say well i know you're gonna have change when you come out of that gas station and i say yeah dumbass and guess what i worked for it. go get a job. and by the way i'm from south carolina and there are a ton of black people i've been around them all my life.

I don't think white people are "scared" of black people. However, I do think white people often times have preconceived notions about black people, and are "intimidated" in a sense by black people. We, black people are very out-spoken and agressive, it's our culture. People who can't identify with us view us as unapproachable. Therefore, I wouldn't say they're "scared" of us.

What kind of question is that. To be afraid of someone you kind of need a reason. I'm afraid when given reason. White, black, purple, or blue if you are chasing me with a bat then yeah I'm scared.
