It's a scam. There are very few if ANY real things like that out there. If ANY ask for your info: credit card, SS# etc, back away and know they'll rob you blind. Never give out private info unless on a secured site (like your bank) BEWARE...remember the old saying" If it sounds too good to be true,it probably is"

Every pop up like that is a scam. You are never going to win a free trip, a free ipod, a free computer, a free anything!! they just want your personal information so they can steal your money. Or if it is a real "contest" thing, you have to sign up for a whole bunch of their sponsors and it's just a drag. So, I don't even bother with that crap.

It is a scam. Any time somebody tells you won something, but they want money in advance, it's a scam.

Sounds like a scam to me, but who knows. ??? I wouldn't risk it, even for $198.

SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Burn that thing. Do not pass go. Do not collect 2,000 Canadian. If it was legit you wouldn't have to PAY ANYTHING!!! Run as fast as you can. You know the old adage--If it sounds too good to be true it probably is? Well.........
