To REALLY REMOVE files, you need to use Avast! (free version will do this) or CCLeaner (also free but a donation is requested).

By the way, you would not want to do this unless you have been going to naughty sites. And that means that you have cookies and perhaps even a trojan or two. LOTS of these sites are actually traps by hackers to get control of your PC.

Fact!!

You can go ahead and delete the cache, but honestly, if a person who knows what they're doing really wants to see what you've been looking up, they are going to be able to recover those files with not a lot of effort. Even if you erase your harddrive, your searches are still going to be able to be recovered. The best thing to do is just not look up anything questionable in the first place.

Your computer should come with a "system cleaner". This program deletes everything that's searched for, such as cookies which can be tracked to see what sites u were at. In "internet options" you can delete your "search history" and delete "temporary files". If you do these three things, no one can tell were u have been ;)

Click on tools - internet options
On the general tab click on delete cookies then delete temp internet files. If that doesnt clear all forms go back to internet options then click on the "content" tab and click on "auto complete" then click on "clear forms".
Should erase everything.
