I would really like to meet a person in this world who has never made a mistake. Yes, what Mel Gibson said was entirely wrong. However not everything someone says or does while intoxicated is true to their character or beliefs. I do not believe that Passion of the Christ is anti-Semitic. People who live in glass houses shouldn't throw stones! Besides no one ever said being a born again Christian means you are perfect and never make mistakes.

The media "keeps" picking on Mel because he's looney tunes. The guy's father is a raving fundamentalist anti-Semite Catholic and Mel's Passion of the Jesus was along those same lines. The fruit (pun intended) does not fall far from the tree...Mel should be dumped by Hollywood studios considering his views.
Everyone is entitled to their own skewed POV but espousing looney tunes dated ideas that the Jews control the world is so Nazi Germany-like it's just stupid.

Mel Gibson did a movie about Jesus that the Jews didn't like, and Abe Foxman of the ADL called it antisemitism, and so all the little barking dogs have come out to yap. Foxman and the ADL are always on hand to issue hoity-toity condemnations and hot air when they see a movie that criticizes Jews or Israel, even though the critics are usually right.

He claims to be religious, born again, and a Christian. But yet, he's a whoremonger, a bigot, a racist, and he even made mysogynistic remarks about one of the female police officers on the scene of his drunken tirade. I don't know about you but when he claims that the f***ing jews have ruined the world, and then asks a cop if he's a jew. He should get every bad thing that comes at him. He's the worst kind of person there is. He's a hypocrite.

i think that mel just made a mistake like any other normal human being no one is perfect well i at least know i'm not.
since he's a movie star everyone is soo critical about every little thing he does i think that he is aa very good person proving that by the movie he made Passion of Christ

Thats just how Liberals are. Mel is Catholic and is against Abortion,Stem Cell Research and Artificial Contraception and liberals hate him for it. A conservative makes a little mistake and he or she is blasted simply for making a mistake. Libs think anyone who even slightly disagrees with them on a issue is evil.

He revealed himself to be a bigot in Passion of Christ and now he's just demonstrating he's ignorant too.
It isn't picking on him when it's true, it would only be picking on him if it wasn't.
