Now that World Trade Center and Flight 93 have been made. It won't be long before more and more studio's hope on the bandwagon and start producing other 9/11 films.
Do you think Hollywood should make more or leave the 9/11 topic to the history books and not in the boxoffice?

I would like to see a movie on the attack on the pentagon. Of all the attacks that day that one was the most underreported. Maybe it had to do with national security. I don't know. But I always thought that a military installiation like the Pentagon would have an early warning system and a means to protect themselves better. I really would like to know what went wrong.

I believe that 9/11 is history and that day should be remembered forever and what a great way to achieve that goal, by putting it on film. Film making is art, art is meant to move your mind and heart, with this movement in us, the memory will live on forever.

I am Canadian, and I think that Americans need to get over it. Do you not see that your government is bending your hands backwards to make you vote a certain way in the next election? 9/11 is supposed to show the terrorist threat, that even though yes the Bush Administration will be out of office (Finally if you ask me, couldn't have been sooner) the people will vote for whatever side decides to take a strong stance in national defence, when what is really needed right now is the building of a foundation in the U.S. I constantly hear of people dying out of the streets because of health problems. And the fact that the obesity rate is rising in the states, is just disgusting. There are so many rich people in that country? Can they not spare a dollar each to help a fellow man? They seemed to want to when it was a tragedy. But is this not just as bad? Watching people starve on the streets while you gorge on a Mcdonalds meal, and then you throw half of it out into the trash? Other parts of the world should only be your concern when people in your country are content. Not saying Canada is perfect, but our welfare system is some would say better.

Ready ?!? What does that have to do with anything Hollywood does ? Is America ever 'ready' for another Michael Moore propaganda film ? Is anyone ever ready for yet another string of pathetically stupid films passed off as comedies ? Will more than half the "9-11" films be worse than what I've seen previews of ?

Actually, I'm sort of sorry I didn't get out to see the Flight 93 movie; it looked more interesting then most of what's come out this year. But I don't schedule my life around movies; there's too much living to do to sit around watching too often.

I don't think it's appropriate to make these movies, I'm one who's not going to watch them, I think it's creepy. It's still too soon...
They should be made by the time my 5 year old is 18 or something, let a whole new generation of people find out about it, not now. Everyone knows what happened, families are still grieving, there's no need...

Please, please, please, whatever you do, do not see UNITED 93. It sucks and is an insult to the people that sacrificed their lives for whatever target the terrorists had. I think that if done well and portrayed the heroes well enough, it should be done. Flight 93 was a terrific movie, though I wish that Flight 93 and United 93 could swap beginnings. The beginning of United 93 is very...intense, and I think it portrayed the terrorists better. You have to remember that even though what they did was truly horrible, they weren't doing it to be evil; they were doing it because that is what they believed was right.

I won't be seeing any of them, but I don't see why not. It's part of US (and world) history, and does make for dramatic stories. There are always going to be people who disagree and think the subject should be taboo, but people are still saying that about the Titanic disaster and that happened over 100 years ago.

I am not sure. I asked that same thing myself b/c it was such a huge tragedy that our military people are still fighting over. I mean its really not even completely over it yet they want to turn it into entertainment and make money off it. I just don't know. It is gonna be too hard for alot of people to watch.

My father asked me to see 9/11 with me the other day, and I told him I had no want/need to see it. I think it's dumb and disrespectful that people are trying to make a profit off of an American tragedy so soon.
