Sex is sex no matter if there is penetration or not. If you are not ready for that then don't even go there. I do have to send you kudos for being 15 and knowing that your not ready for sex as well. There isn't too many teens out there that can say that. If he is pushing for this then he isn't the man for you and you are still very young you have plenty of time to figure out all that.

Just French kissing is good at this point. Dry sex, is not real sex, it's just the guy and girl grinding on each other with their clothes on. When you get to that point, it will be hard to say no to going all the way. I say it's best to avoid dry humping, it's better not to work your boyfriend up, cause he will want to pressure you for more.
If you are not ready for sex, stand your ground and wait until you are ready. Try to hold out until atleast 16 if you can help it. And PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, use condoms, even if it's your first time. YES, you can get pregnant on your first time.

dry sex is basically humping with your clothes on, and at 15 i think the most you should be doing with him is making out but i guess since you asked what you can do besides sex...there is oral sex (but you can get std's from this so use a condom :P) handjobs, fingering things like that but like i said since your only 15 you should only be making out dont do anything you're not ready to do

You just turned 15, you can hold off.
Kissing is fine and a way to show you love him.
Respect yourself and your body before you go off and do something you'll probably regret.
You don't want to tease him boys can get into that mode where they can pressure you to have sex and beg for more.
Best thing don't tease him because he'll want you to have sex.
My friend because of her teasing ended up with her boyfriend cheating on her after 3 years together.

You should wait to have sex. You have no idea of what you're getting into. Sex isn't just a physical thing, it's emotional, spiritual. Regardless of whether it's oral or genital sex. You need to know more about the consequences about sex. There are plenty of them, too gruesome and horrendous to describe. Unless you want to drastically change and go through a lot of emotional turmoil PLEASE, just wait until you are older.
