yes.Even though I'm a techno-geek, I have no desire to have a cell phone. I don't want to be constantly available to people by phone.

A cell phone? what a waste. can you hear me now? since cell phones became popular manner have taken a long vacation. Someone should teach these people about rudeness and stupidity. I had someone at a Beach Boys Concert hold up the phone by my head and holler, "can you hear them?" My wife turned around and said, "No, but If You stop shouting I will be able to hear them."
Would you like a few more cell phone rudeness stories? I have plenty? It is getting so bad that some businesses are telling people not to use their cell phones while they are there. some restaurants do this.

I have never owned a cell phone. I am usually somewhere that I have access to a phone so I feel it's a waste of money. I also have a home telephone and I know a lot of people who have given up their home phone and just have a cell phone.

Yes, I do not own one and have never had one. I can't afford my regular phone so I don't see how I can afford a cell phone. I want one though.

People who have cell phones seem to lose their manners, when half way through a conversation for instance, and the damn thing starts it's insistent burbling.

Yes although I have to use one for the company I work for. I inherited my wife's but the daughter uses it.
