dont grow up too fast.Obviously when people see your tummy isnt growing, they will know it isnt true. There will be people like this in your life forever.i got preg. at 15, sex isnt worth it because honestly, and i know you do not want to hear this, you will not know him in a few years.atleast wait til late in hogh school, atleast.its not fun when you are that age anyhow i promise!the boys have no idea what they are doing.its retarded

1) You are young and already said it yourself. Not ready for kids. Kids come with sex. It only makes sense that the earlier you start, the more higher risk you will become a teen mother. Then what this kids says can come true. You are 13 girl. Be happy to be a kid. Don't do something to force you to grow up as an adult.

2) Let him spread them. 9 months later, will their be a kid? obviously not. Can't stop people from spreading gossip. However, you can take criminal charges on him for emotional distress and ruining your repitation. Plus, if he doesn't stop. Get him on slander charges.

Hold off on sex, but I think you got that one already. Anyone who approaches you with it, just tell them the truth: Not having sex, so can't get pregnant. At your age, sadly, you'll come across a lot of idiocy and gullibility. Many others your age want excitement, and it often happens by way of rumor. Tell him to spread it if he wants. If you show that it bothers you, he'll have control over you, and that's not right. Try telling a school counselor, teacher, or even the principal too. What he's doing is actually illegal. Sure, it's not going to hurt you in the long run (even though that's probably unbelievable right now), but anyone who tells untruths which sully your name or your honor is actually committing a crime.

Defamation per se
All states except Arizona, Arkansas, Mississippi, Missouri, Oregon, and Tennessee recognize some categories of statements are considered to be defamatory per se, traditionally:

In states that recognize defamation per se, people making a defamation claim for certain statements do not need to prove that the statement was defamatory:

Allegations or imputations "injurious to another in their trade, business, or profession"
Allegations or imputations "of loathsome disease" (historically leprosy and sexually-transmitted disease, now also including mental illness)
--->>Allegations or imputations of "unchastity" (usually only in unmarried people and sometimes only in women) <<---
Allegations or imputations of criminal activity (sometimes only crimes of moral turpitude)

Why are you worried? Rumors will happen no matter what. The only thing that matters is that you know the truth. If your friends don't believe you, then you know who your real friends are. As for the a**hole spreading the rumors, don't worry, what goes around, comes around.

woah. i'm 13 too. and i for one thing i don't think about sex. we are wayy to young. and thats rediculous if other people wanna spread rumors about a 13 year old being PREGNET. do they know how serious that is? and you shouldn't care. in the end you'll know who your real friends are. and duh you can only be pregnet for 9months if this rumor started last year- wouldn't you have had the kid already? and if he tells people just clear it out. if worse comes to worse get your parents in the school or tell the guidence officer.
