Yea, take it back. But I mean what could you expect from a $30 mp3 player? Did you read the directions tho? It could be something you can fix quick and easy.

Charge it and then try. If it doesn't work after that get a more trustworthy expensive one that you think will work fine for you. They will for surely take it back! That is what the warrenty is for! You have a good chance that you can upgrade it and get a better one.

no u should go to the store and see if they can fix it or u can just excahnge it. u no if u still want that thing. or maye the batteeis r dead and u could charge it. do u no if the batteries r dead? store eleectronics sould prob help. it has many mechanis that would help. if u live in vegas i no where they r!! next to taco bell and the malll!! only if u live in las veagas
