Atlanta falcons because they have made some key defensive accusations and Micheal Vick is getting much better in his passing ability. defense wins championships

Falcons will need a lot of luck this year...hard schedule...hard division...and they're still a bit sketchy on both sides of the ball...
I want to see a few teams actually....Arizona as usually, eventually they've got to have a good season :P Maybe....Giants...because I want to see Eli play better than Peyton..wouldn't it be fooking hilarious if Eli won a super bowl before Peyton?
Most of all I want to see my Panthers with the new offense they have with DeShaun Foster healthy, Keary Colbert healthy, DeAngelo Williams being drafted, and Keyshawn Johnson coming in to give Smith some slack and the run game some more blocking. They have a very good setup right now, one of the best in the league...if you're in Fantasy Football, it wouldn't hurt you to have Delhomme on the team this season.

I have to go with my home team the Minnesota Vikings. I hope they do better since they got soo many good players like Tony and Steve, or even Ryan for that matter.
(Do not underestimate the Vikings just because they haven't won a superbowl yet. I say the same for the other teams who had a bad record last year)
But to go with my other team that is not in Minnesota, i hope that that the 49ers do better (Only because they havn't been good these years)

Same here, we all know the Falcons r good, because they did make it 2 the NFC Championship just 2 years ago and last years 8-8 was very disappointing
