(Funny how "Firefox_Great" ALWAYS seems to know all about every virus, offers absolutely no help, and then launches into a Firefox advertisement!)

Hi,
Download CleanUp! and install it, do not run it now.

Download CWShredder. Download SpSeHjfix to the Desktop and then right click a blank part of Desktop & select new folder, call it spfix unzip the file into that folder.

Disconnect from the net and Close ALL OPEN PROGRAMS.

Run SpSeHjfix112 and click on "Start Disinfection". When it's finished it will reboot your machine to finish the cleaning process. The tool creates a log of the fix which will appear in the folder.
If it doesn't find any of the SE files or any hidden reinstallers it will say system clean and not go on to next stage.

Now run the CWShredder, and click "Fix" button.

Now, run CleanUp!, click the "Options" button. Here move the "Quick Setup" slider to "Thorough CleanUp!" and click "OK" to warning message.
If you have any Favorites/Bookmarks, then uncheck the option "Delete Favorites/Bookmarks".
Exit from Options and in the main window, click "CleanUp!" to start cleaning. After cleaning, click "Close" and choose "Yes" to restart the PC.

Reboot the PC in Normal mode.

Virus gone.

Hi, Poly Win32 is infamous disgusting spyware, you can try Norton or Mcafee to remove the virus, but you should pay for the software.

i also recommand you to use firefox with Google toolbar, which can disable the virus, becasue the virus can only run on IE.

firefox can block any any poppus and disable any virus and spywareware on webpage, so, firefox is much safer than IE. as you know, most of the virus is spread throught internet and webpage.

firefox is much smaller than IE, so i run faster than IE.

download firefox for free:

If you don't have antivirus, try downloading norton for free at:
www.symantic.com .

If you can't get this done due to the virus, go to windows update and see if they have a patch.
