if you catch your partner cheating why can't they just let you go instead of hurting u how can u deal w/ pain?

It all depends on that person. It's hard to deal with the pain and I've been through it more than once. The worst part is when you know in your heart they are cheating, but they say the other girls are just friends and nothing more, but you can't prove anything different. Depending on how strong you are you can get through the pain, it just takes time.

I actually had an ex who was such a good friend before that I forgave him and we're still friends. I couldn't hate him because I'm a better person for letting go of the pain and hurt. I actually introduce him to girls, he married one of them although they're no longer together.

Once you forgive them the hurt will go away, just don't fall back into the trap.

Because they may love you but wanna run around too. They want their cake and eat it too.

The true source of pain (often you dont even realize it) is not so much what they did, but the damage to your pride and self-esteem for staying, so the only real way to deal with it is to love yourself enough to let go, and not leave letting go up to them.

They don't have to let you go.To entertain the thought of staying is insane.Deal with the pain by acknowledging that YOU DESERVE BETTER!!!!!!!
