Have to go with Black Panther due to his strength level. Daredevil is adept with his abilities, but I just can't foresee him beating Black Panther.

Daredevil.
Although it would be a close fight (both are about the same in terms of fighting ability). But Panther is stonger and a little faster. Daredevil is a better fighter though in my opinion, and could probably beat the panther if it was neccessary
