Doomsday is stronger than Juggernaut
That being said juggernaut would still up one hell of a fight. It would be really close, with something similar to the death of superman happening with both of them landing final punches on the other, but in the end I still think that Doomsday would be able to best Juggernaut.

I WANT to say Juggernaut, but I believe that Doomsday would win; he "killed" Superman, after all.
