i used to have the same problem....people still tell me im skinny but i have hips now...i think it depends on your age because if your like a kid dont expect to grow too much...if your a teen just try eating alot...thats what i did and i went from a size 1 to a size five and im on my way to a 7 pretty soon, im going to the 12th and i gained all this weight from the end of 10th up until now so its going to take time....but make sure your careful when you eat because all the fast food and fat can make you sick...and dont expect to get a big butt and hips like Buffy the Body because alot of women that have hips and stuff its genetic.
