Come on, unless you're too young to remember him, in which case you just don't know what you're talking about, Bill Clinton couldn't even wash President Reagan's jelly bean jar. There is no comparison to the stature, elegance, and respect that President Reagan commanded.
Please go to the linked Presidential Library and read the June 6, 1984 speech commemorating the invasion of Normandy. The speech that day on Point De Hoc is one of the greatest ever given in the history of our country. The speech even made it into the Call of Duty 2 video game.
By comparison, look up the remarks President Clinton made which led to his impeachment "Well, it depends on the meaning of the word 'is'".

Reagan had the most profound effect on world relations.
Clinton was the most humiliating, having "relations" with Monica in Oval Office. Not keeping Hillary on shorter leash & getting lost on way home to Arkansas. They ended up in New York. Loyalty to Arkansas forgotten! Anything for a little press time!!
