I know that Frankenstein had a last name, but he thought he was normal and everybody else was weird. (Herman Munster) you rock Herman!! His name was Dr. Victor Von Frankenstein. The monsters name is not Frankenstein, it's just Dr. Frankensteins monster. The name Von Frankenstein is German. My answer is the correct one. ( Some people above me changed their answer). LOL

Frankenstein WAS the last name of the good doctor. If I recall correctly his first name was Viktor, but that may be off. I don't think the monster himself was ever given a name in the book.

Frankenstein was his last name, his first name was Victor. So his full name is Victor Frankenstein. Victor Frankenstein was the creator of of the monster.
