Okay well I suggest that yes gain weight. BUT I would do it in a healthy way. like the others have said. work out (lift weights) that will give you muscle. Eat more fatty foods. like... bread, fruits, pancakes, bacon, eggs, do it in a healthy way. I know it sounds dumb.. but I was in that place once. I was 5'7 and I weighed about 100 pounds if not a few pounds less. I was gross. and I just pigged out, ate whatever I could get my hands on I was mad because I couldn't gain weight. Well I got fat.. really fat.. I got to the point that I went from 50 pounds under weight to 60 pounds overweight. Please don't do that. hell Google it if you have to, there has to be websites on it. I'll look for you if you want, just email me. I am better now. but trust TRUST me when I say you don't want to go through that... What MandyT said.. is good advice. Good luck.

I'm with you, I'm male, 5'9", 58kgs, no drugs. I've been using weight gainer and it hasn't done much, I'm currently quitting smoking to see if the weight gainer works then, but I was told buy Melbourne FC trainer that too much weight gaining products can damage your liver. If you smoke? Quit. If you don't, I'd suggest you go see your local GP for advice and a diet plan, that's what I'm gonna do if I can't put any on once I quit cigarettes! If you do any recreational drugs, then that would be your answer, STOP! Another myth I heard was beer and chicken, but if you're a non-drinker like me, that's a no no, Good luck, I hope we both succeed !!

eat lot of cakes pies cookies pudding fating foods junk foods, alot of these type of foods trust me it works me and my mom eat these thing when we feel asthoe we're losing some weight and it works. i skip from 95lbs to 110lbs in the past year. but the good thing is that i 5'1'' so it looks good on me also dont eat to much where it doesnt look good. even thoe you might not wanna here this , it might be good to be skinny and with your hieght you might look better skinny , like a model

well, if you eat too much you will just most likely get sick, but like other answers, building muscle is a good way to gain weight. it will also make you stronger and more confident about yourself :]

If you want to gain weight, start adding muscle tone. Start pumping weights in the gym and eating more.

Unless you are underweight, it's not healthy to try to gain weight.. try doing weight lifting, this will give you muscle tone so you don't look like skin and bones

you should eat smaller meals more often during the day high in protein.
start buy bulking up on protein and carbs. when you see you start putting on wait... cut your carbs down and start incresing the protein while working out. this would build you muscles and you fat so you should look healthier and bigger.

if you gain too much weight it is going to be hard to get rid of the fat!!but if you really want to gain weight eat before you sleep try not to be so active eat alot of sugar......i mean pure sugar drink alot of drinks that have sugar like:coke,pepsi,sprite,7up,ect.try not to do that many things that make you active....hope it helps!!

Drink loads of liquor!! Not only will you gain weight very quickly, but you'll also have a GREAT time gaining it!

fine gain some muscle not fat mucle has a fewpounds so just work hard to get some muscle
