Everyone says eight hours is best. Sadly, many adults, and children too, aren't getting that amount of sleep. There are too many demands on their time.

Still, eight hours is what the experts seem to be saying is the optimal amount of sleep...

It's worth a lot. It keeps me in good spirits and I perform better at work and I don't come home from work dragging my butt
