I know this may be considered "old", but the movie UHF has plenty of memorable one-liners and sight gags. The best one for many reasons is when the character Stanley Spudowski, played by Michael Richards (Kramer from Seinfeld) hosts a kids' T.V. show. He has this little twerp decked out in a cowboy outfit, and asks the boy to open his mouth. In the next scene, Richards says, "O.K., Timmy, it's time to drink from the fire hose!!", and in the next instant, you see this kid flying backward through the air by a blast of water. It's everything wrong, yet it's everything funny.

Bruce Almighty - I love when the newscaster is affected by Jim Carrey's antics offscreen. I started crying! Wish we could have seen more of the outtakes.

In Bubble Boy when the Chinese american dude who runs the wrestling thing in the bar says "500 dollah" I could not stop saying that for days and howling. Just reminds me of immigrants here my Chinese Canadian friend used to parody in jr. high.
