Yes I have heard of it. But beware, the stores mark the prices up, then tell You they are having a sale, because People go crazy. The stores are a wreck. And for what? They only save 6 to 8 dollars per hundred dollars spent? Not worth it. It is better to watch the adds, either in the paper, or on line, to find the best prices.

For example, I just order some items on line. Then the next week, (this week), I looked on line again, and they had doubled the price I paid.

i live in tennessee and i have heard of it and taken advantage of it. the tax free days began today and go through sunday. some stores are taking the tax off everything, but most stores are just taking it off school supplies. to learn more about it here in tennessee you can visit the tennessee.gov website and read about the tax free holiday.

Here in Texas it's this weekend. When you buy certain items there is no sales tax charged. Here in Texas, the state sales tax is 8.25%.

I heard it mentioned on tv, but I didnt pay attention to the specifics, as I dont care.....there is no sales tax where I live in Fairbanks, Alaska, ever.

yes there is but as that girl said they mark up the prices and there and nothing is on sale where i live
